The selection of the "Top 100 Innovative Potential Private Enterprises in Shandong in 2023" is jointly conducted by the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Provincial Department of Commerce, Provincial Taxation Bureau, and Provincial Market Supervision Bureau. It is aimed at private enterprises registered in Shandong, limited liability companies and joint-stock companies controlled by non-public economy, aiming to select outstanding enterprises in scientific and technological achievements, intellectual property transformation ability, research and development investment, and other aspects.
